If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at cenorasageesthetics@gmail.com with your order number and photos. I’m happy to make it right with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
